What we collect
- Business profile info you provide during onboarding (business name, hours, services, FAQs).
- Call recordings, transcripts, and metadata for calls handled by your AI receptionist.
- Caller phone numbers, names, and messages they leave.
- Payment information (processed by Stripe — we don't store card numbers).
- Standard web analytics: IP address, browser, page visits.
How we use it
- Operate the AI receptionist on your behalf.
- Show you call history, transcripts, and analytics in your dashboard.
- Send you summaries of calls and bookings.
- Improve the service via aggregated, de-identified analytics.
- Charge your subscription and bill overage.
Sub-processors
We share data with the following sub-processors strictly for operating the service:
- Vercel — application hosting
- Neon — Postgres database (encrypted at rest)
- Retell AI — voice infrastructure (telephony, STT, TTS)
- OpenAI / Anthropic — language model inference
- Cal.com — calendar bookings
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — transactional email
- Clerk — authentication
Call recording disclosure
Calls are recorded for quality and dashboard purposes. Where required by law, your AI receptionist will disclose this at the start of every call. You can disable recording in settings.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time from your dashboard, or by emailing us at privacy@aifrontdesk.com. We respond within 30 days.
